Zac Karlaftis - CEO
Zac has over 15 years experience in the Information Communication Technology industry specifically with extensive experience in product management, sales, business development, planning and strategy development for B2B as well as B2C. He has held executive positions in Telstra which included executive accountability for P&L, strategic planning, staffing and sales development. He has directed and coordinated the successful launch of several key product lines in the competitive ICT industry where quick movement from conceptual stages to market is essential. Zac has qualifications which include a BA (Business), an Advanced Certificate in IT, and a B Eng & Computer Applications.
Samier Dandan - COO
Samier Dandan is the Co-founder and acting COO of manageNET. Samier is a results driven business executive with over 15 years of cross-functional expertise. Samier has a strong record of success in providing direction through analytical development of business initiatives and implementation plans designed for maximum return at lowest possible costs. Samier has established many successful business ventures in various industry verticals. Samier has held various senior operations roles within the Information Technology sector, responsible for managing and administering Government and Private related Information Technology infrastructure. Samier holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. He is a member of the Arabic Community in Australia, a member of the Arabian Chamber of Commerce and has many business affiliations in the Middle-East, South East Asia and the Gulf Region.
Con Dalamangas - CTO
Con Dalamangas is the CTO of manageNET. Building on his degree in information technology and communication, Con has had extensive experience in large and complex corporate and government environments and has presided over many security projects in over 14 years in the IT sector. Con is manageNET’s lead architect in designing highly secure and available network solutions, while considering the best fit vendors and security products for each client and project. Con is a security and infrastructure management specialist. He began his career over thirteen years ago in the Information Technology industry in operational roles, focusing on infrastructure security and network operations management for such organisations as NCR Australia, Foxtel Management, and Maxis Corporation.
