manageNET managed server services are available to all customers nationally. Customers with site locations outside of Australia are also eligible for managed server services. Hardware supported by manageNET managed server services includes Intel or AMD based tier-one server brands including Dell, HP (Compaq), IBM and Sun. Managed server services are available for servers running Microsoft, Novell, Red Hat and Sun based Network Operating Systems to providing disk subsystem usage, processor utilisation, concurrent user statistics, and network interface utilisation statistics.

Management Services

Silver and Gold - includes bronze monitoring services Encompass the restoration services and support services required to maintain a customer system infrastructure. The management service is provided at the server hardware, Operating System (OS), and application levels, ensuring that managed servers are functioning within normal operational parameters. The management service provides the activities and tasks which are undertaken to ensure that system performance is optimal. In the event of any failure, the appropriate action is taken to restore the service as quickly as possible.
